Orders placed before 13:00 (Spanish local time) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed from 13:00 onwards are dispatched the next working day.

Pre-orders are excluded: we prepare them once the product is ready to ship. Pre-orders always come at a special price.

Exchanges and returns are easy to arrange. You have 15 calendar days from delivery to notify us if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. There is no return handling fee. You pay the return transport when arranging it yourself; if we arrange it for you, we will tell you the cost in advance and deduct only that transport cost from your refund.
