RETURNS & EXCHANGES

a)  Exchanges and Returns
Hello Mountain Lover! You can return any item purchased at www.sevenpeaksonline.com at any time within thirty (30) business days from the date of delivery.
Returns at Seven Peaks are very easy:
1- Contact us by WhatsApp at +34 622 846 564 or in email info@sevenpeaksonline.com indicating your order number and the reason for the refund
2- We will send you the return label so that you can deposit it in the nearest Parcel shop, make sure to write your order number in a visible place and keep a copy of the shipment to avoid any problems with the shipment
3- We will receive the package in our warehouse and process it within 2-9 days
* Please note that products must retain their original labels and packaging to receive the corresponding refund.
* The total amount of the order will be refunded except for transportation costs.
 
If on the other hand you want to make a change, the process is the same, contact us through WhatsApp  +34 622 846 564 or by email info@sevenpeaksonline.com and we will tell you how to proceed with the change. In this case, the cost of transportation is borne by the buyer.
Delivery incidents:
Sometimes orders cannot be delivered to the buyer's home for various reasons, so we ask you to contact us if you have not received your order within 72 hours of leaving our warehouse.
In case it could not be delivered, the buyer will receive an email/sms notifying that they have their order in the Parcel Shop for 14 days to go pick it up. If the order is not picked up and arrives back at our facilities, a refund of the amount paid will be made except for transportation costs (round trip) and €10 management costs. Please we try very hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible and it makes us very sad when a package has not been picked up and arrives back at our facilities. The expense and pollution that occurs are enormous :(

After the Withdrawal Period has passed, no changes or returns of Products will be accepted.
Exchanges will only be accepted for those Products that may have been defective in accordance with the
established in section b) below.
b) Return or replacement of defective Products
In the event that the User considers that the Product does not conform to the specifications established for said product, they must contact SEVEN PEAKS through an email to the contact address info@sevenpeaksonline.comin a within 72 hours after receiving the order. Providing the Product data, as well as informing of the defect it has and whether you choose to return it or replace it with an identical product. In this case Seven Peaks will bear all expenses
