EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At Seven Peaks, we are committed to offering an excellent and transparent shopping experience, therefore, the procedures and conditions for returns/exchanges, incidents, and warranty use are detailed below.
Our Customer Service will attend to your request as soon as possible (Monday-Friday: 10:00-14:00) We will make sure everything is quick and easy!
1) Exchanges and returns.
1.1 Returns:
You can return any item purchased on our website (https://sevenpeaksonline.com/) within 15 days from the delivery date.
*You will not be charged anything and yand the corresponding purchase amount will be refunded, except for shipping costs, which will have a cost of €3.9 in Spain, €5 in Europe, and €10 in the rest of the world, we will cover the remaining cost of the pickup.
How can I request a return?

You will have to provide us with your order number (this starts with SP followed by 5 numbers) and the reason for the return, as this information helps us improve.
We will provide you with the return label necessary and we will coordinate the date and time for the transport company, Correos Express, pick up the item at the shipping address (you can request a change of address for the pickup).
It is important to note that this pickup must be made within a period of 7 business days from the date the return was requested.
Once we receive the products at our facilities, our Customer Service department will contact you immediately. After processing the refund, it may take up to a maximum of 7 business days to reflect in your account.
*NO return the purchased items directly to us without prior notice, this could cause delays in processing your refund.
1.2 Exchanges:
In this case, the process is the same, contact us via WhatsApp (+34 622 846 564) or via email (info@sevenpeaksonline.com).
You will have to provide us with your order number (this starts with SP followed by 5 numbers), the reason for the exchange and the item/color you wish to receive.
You have a period of 15 business days from the freceipt date of the order to request the exchange, it will have a additional cost of €3.9, our Customer Service will tell you how to make the payment.
Return and exchange conditions?
Products must retain the tags and its original packaging to receive the corresponding refund.
Additionally, the item must be fit for sale and without signs of use, all products we receive undergo a thorough inspection by our warehouse team.
*After the Withdrawal Period, no exchanges or returns of Products will be accepted.
2) Issues and warranty use.
2.1 Delivery issues:
Sometimes, for various reasons, the order cannot be delivered to the shipping address, so please if you do not receive your order or information about it within 72 hours from the moment it leaves our warehouse, contact us.
In case the order could not be delivered to the requested address, it will be sent to a PARCEL SHOP, and the buyer will receive an email/sms indicating the address and instructions for pickup.
If the order is not picked up and it arrives back at our facilities, the corresponding refund will be made except for the shipping costs, round trip, (€3.9+€3.9=€7.8), reshipment can be requested of the products, but in this case, the shipping will cost €3.9 additionally, our Customer Service will inform you how to make the payment.
To request a refund or reshipment, you will have a period of 13 business days from when we receive the products at our facilities; you can verify this date on the return shipment tracking number.
To avoid this situation it is very important check the tracking number of our order. We work very hard to ensure you receive the products as soon as possible and it makes us very sad when a package is not picked up and returns to our facilities. The cost and pollution generated are enormous!
How can I know if my order has already left the Seven Peaks facilities?
Once you have made the purchase of the items, an email with the purchase confirmation and your order number will be sent to your email. On the other hand, once your order is prepared and the shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with its tracking number, so you can check its status at any time. Please, if you do not receive the emails mentioned above, please contact us.
2.2 Return or replacement of defective products:
If you have received the defective/broken product, contact us through WhatsApp (+34 622 846 564) or via email (info@sevenpeaksonline.com).
You will have to provide us with your order number (this starts with SP followed by 5 numbers), the product defect and send us photos of the condition of it, you will have a period of 15 business days to inform us of the issue.
You can request an exchange or refund, in this case, we will cover all additional costs.
*The damaged product must be returned in the same condition it was received, with the corresponding tags and packaging.
2.3) Use of the warranty:
In case you need to make use of the product warranty, we ask that you contact us always before proceeding with any action. This will allow us to coordinate the product pickup and manage the use of the warranty efficiently.
You will have to provide us with your order number (this starts with SP followed by 5 numbers), the product defect and send us photos of the condition of it, through WhatsApp (+34 622 846 564) or via email(info@sevenpeaksonline.com).
*It is important to keep in mind that the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the product.
