Shipments outside Europe may be subject to tariffs or taxes determined by the destination country.

The customer is responsible for paying these charges and collecting the order on time. Failure to do so may result in the package being held, abandoned, or destroyed.

If the order is not voluntarily collected or tariffs and taxes are not paid, the order will not be refundable under any circumstances. In such cases, the brand is exempt from any obligation to refund or resend the order.

According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Spanish Civil Code (articles 1091, 1254, 1258, and 1461), the right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer has not received the product due to reasons attributable to them, such as refusing delivery or not paying the required customs duties.
