In addition, this guarantee increases the term for exchanges and returns to 45 days after receiving the product
The only thing that the guarantee does not include are problems caused by use such as breakage, loss or theft of the product.
Spain and Portugal: €4.40 for orders under €60. Free shipping on orders over €60.
Europe: standard shipping with Spring for €6.70 on orders under €130. Free on orders over €130. Express shipping with UPS: €15 (where available).
Canary Islands: €15. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Cyprus, Greece and Malta: €14.90; free on orders over €250.

Exchanges and returns are easy to arrange. You have 15 calendar days from delivery to notify us if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. There is no return handling fee. You pay the return transport when arranging it yourself; if we arrange it for you, we will tell you the cost in advance and deduct only that transport cost from your refund.
