Order preparation

Orders for in-stock products placed before 13:00 (Spanish local time) are dispatched the same working day; later orders are dispatched the next working day.

Pre-order products are prepared once available and have a special price. Delivery times start from dispatch and depend on the destination and carrier.

If you are not at the delivery address

After an unsuccessful attempt, the carrier may leave a notice to arrange another delivery or collection at a pickup point. If the parcel is returned, contact us to review the issue and any applicable return transport costs.

If your order has not arrived

If the delivery time stated for your destination has passed, email info@sevenpeaksonline.com with your order number. Pre-orders and customs procedures may take longer. See the full shipping terms.
