The only thing that the guarantee does not include are problems caused by use such as breakage, loss or theft of the product.

Exchanges and returns are easy to arrange. You have 15 calendar days from delivery to notify us if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. There is no return handling fee. You pay the return transport when arranging it yourself; if we arrange it for you, we will tell you the cost in advance and deduct only that transport cost from your refund.
