As I already have one amazing mug like this (medium grip, green bald) from which I drink a tea with local Polish honey and chill after each bouldering training, I decided to make a gift also for my brother and ordered this time a mug with easy grip (red bald). Unfortunately, it arrived slightly damaged due to the quite long distance, which it had to travel from Spain to here. Despite the fact I realized it quite late (it was still in the box a few days after the fast arrival it made) after my contact about potential mug exchange, I was treated with highest level of professionalism and my case was resolved extremely fast. The highest level of customer experience and cheerful approach! The week passed and we can enjoy our tea using great quality mugs together.
