What happens if I am not at the delivery address?

After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the carrier may leave a notice so you can contact them to arrange another delivery. Depending on the carrier, delivery may take place at the address you provided or at a carrier collection point.

If another delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, the order may be cancelled and the cost of returning the parcel deducted from your refund. Contact us if you need help arranging delivery.

What if my order has not arrived?
